Rising from the ashes and some inspiring words!

Frederick-Nrunk Brimah Kamara: Forest Gate, London, Greater London, United Kingdom; Welcome to my blog. My name is Frederick-Nrunk Brimah Kamara. I am 46 years old and live in Forest Gate, East London. As to my family background, I'm the second of three sons of Alfred S. Kamara and Maria Kamara (nee Conteh). I'm also a direct descendant (on my father's side of the family) of Bai Seborah Queen, who was a Paramount Chief of a chiefdom in Tonkolili District in the Northern Province of Sierra Leone, West Africa in the 19th Century. My academic credentials are in the biological sciences - particularly Life Sciences and Microbiology, with skills in Diagnostic testing of biological samples, bioanalytical techniques, antimicrobial susceptibility testing and the elucidation of antimicrobial mechanisms of action. However, I not only have an interest in clinology but also treatment and prevention. My professional background is in sales and business development, specialising in direct marketing techniques after working for several years in industries such as: Optometry, Communications, Managed Hosting and Debt Recovery.
